BDSwiss changes the regulation from CySEC to FSA Seychelles.   This moves seems to be as a result of the penalties imposed on the company by CySEC and FCA as this have created certain limitation on the company’s operation, at least by the FCA.  The company has another brand under the name VIVERNO, which is operating under the same CySEC license.
